I currently offer one to one, two to one and small group Personal Training sessions, either face to face or online.

1:1, 2:1 and small group- 30/45/60 min sessions
GROUP FITNESS
Small group fitness sessions are designed for groups of up to 4 people and are booked as 6 week blocks, with sessions the same day and time each week,

If you would like to join an existing group or start your own group with friends, please contact to discuss.

All equipment is provided for both the Personal Training and Group Classes. Please just bring water and wear suitable clothing.
