PERSONAL TRAINING

I currently offer one to one, two to one and small group Personal Training sessions, either face to face or online.

Personal Training with Natalie:

1:1, 2:1 and small group- 30/45/60 min sessions

GROUP FITNESS

Small group fitness sessions are designed for groups of up to 4 people and are booked as 6 week blocks, with sessions the same day and time each week,

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with 5 years experience training individuals and groups to improve health and achieve fitness, nutrition and weight loss goals.
